Unit 56

What task have you been given? Who are you working with?

During this lesson, we where set the new brief for our next assignment. We where instructed to produce a presentation based on either Communication Protocols, Digital Communication methods, Internet services or Web 2.0 and appropriate language conventions. Miss assigned us each one of these once she had decided on what groups they would go in. I am working with Nicole which is an advantage as she has a lot of knowledge on creative media which she can give me advice and help if i where to need it. We where assigned communication protocols, which at first i was a little confused as i didn't really know what it meant. As there is 8 of them, me and Nicole split it so that she did the first 4 and i did the last 4. This way, when we create our joint PowerPoint we can join them together and ensure that we had an equal amount of slides each to talk about.

What information have you found out already?

So far, i haven't found out much, but i have started to research into the first one, multimedia message services


What sources did you find the information from?


So far i have only used the internet for information, and not any other resources such as books or articles, but i do plan to next week when we restart the topic. I plan to go to the library and see if there is any related information that i can reference in my work.
